Shipping Policy

Shipping Within India


We are eager to get the parcel to you as soon as possible. We do request you to inspect your parcel for any sign of damage or tampering, before receiving it. Please do not accept a damaged parcel and contact our team at hello@garpenter.com for further assistance.

What is the delivery time?
We will deliver within 2 – 7 working days from the date of your order for metros. Other cities may take up to 10 days depending on location. You can always check back with us on your delivery date.

What is the cost for delivery?
We offer free shipping across India for orders above Rs.1000/-.
We charge a fee of Rs.100/- for orders below Rs.1000/-

Can I avail of COD?
COD (cash on delivery) is available for customers in India at no extra charge.

How can I track my order?
As soon as the product is shipped from our service center, you will receive an email with the Airway Bill Number of our delivery partner.

Can I cancel or modify my order?
You can get in touch with us at hello@proyog.com and in case the order is still in the processing stage, we can cancel or modify it.




International Shipping


We are eager to get the parcel to you as soon as possible. We do request you to inspect your parcel for any sign of damage or tampering, before receiving it.

What is the delivery time?
International orders take a minimum of 7 – 10 working days from the date of your order, depending on the country that you live in and the time taken for customs clearance procedures.
However, you can track your order as soon as we ship it out.

What is the cost for delivery?
Free shipping for orders above $100. For orders less than $100 there will be a $15 charge.

How can I track my order?
As soon as the product is shipped from our service center, you will receive an email with the Airway Bill Number of our delivery partner.

Will I have to pay custom charges in my country?
Yes. You will have to pay the Customs Duty as per the duty structure of your country.
Customs Duty will be collected at the time you accept your order.





Returns

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?


You can request a return or exchange of the product(s) within 10 days from the date of delivery in case you are not satisfied with the purchase. Reverse pick up will be done from our side wherever feasible. In extreme circumstances, you may be asked to send the products through a reliable courier if a reverse pickup facility is not available in your area. You may also contact us at hello@garpenter.com to arrange for reverse pickup. In the case of exchange, the product will only be exchanged with a different size and cannot be changed with a different product from Garpenter. In addition, the product returned/exchanged should be in the exact condition as it was sent, along with all the tags. Return/Exchange will not be accepted if the product tags are removed or missing. Please note that a handling fee of ₹150 will be charged for returns. Also, please note that Shipping / Cash on Delivery charges are non-fundable.




HOW TO RAISE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE REQUEST?


  • Visit the returns & exchange section on the website or click here to raise a return or exchange request for your order
  • Submit the required details in the empty fields
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you would want to return or exchange
  • A confirmation email would be shared once the return request is approved




REFUND, RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY


For return/exchange, the reverse pick up will be done in 2-3 days once the request is placed. It takes 7-10 days for the product to arrive at our warehouse, post which it undergoes a quality check. Once it passes the QC, the refund for return or the request for exchange will be initiated within 72 hours. Please note that shipping / cash on delivery charges are non-refundable and a handling fee of ₹150 will be charged for returns.




REFUNDS FOR DISCOUNTED ITEMS


In case of orders placed with discount is returned, the discount will be waived off and the products will be billed on MRP. The balance amount will be refunded to the account.




REFUNDS FOR FREE PRODUCT DEALS


Any items purchased during a BUY TWO GET ONE or any similar FREE PRODUCT deal are not eligible individually for return or exchange. Items purchased during a FREE PRODUCT deal are viewed as combo packs, one being the purchased item and the other being the free item.
In case of return or exchange, all items (purchased and free product) need to be shipped back to us. The amount of the purchase would be refunded after the deduction of refund charges, in the form of store credit or a refund link would be sent to the customer in case of return. Please note an additional return handling fee of ₹150 would be deducted.




REFUNDS FOR CASH ON DELIVERY & PREPAID ORDERS


Once the product(s) reaches us and passes the QC, a link via our Payments Partner (Cashfree / Razorpay) would be sent on your registered E-mail ID & SMS or WhatsApp to your registered number. You would be required to click on the link and fill in the required details for the refund to be initiated to your account. *Please note that Garpenter would charge an additional handling charge of ₹150/- for returns when the customer opts for bank refund w.e.f 11th February 2021. However, no charge would be applicable for returns if the customer opts for store credit refund Store credits will reflect within 2 working days after the return has been accepted. For requests placed before the aforementioned date, no additional handling fee will be charged.




TERMS AND CONDITIONS


  • Bank account details provided by the customer would be final and any error in the details provided by the customer would not be the responsibility of the brand.
  • The customer will be under an obligation to take utmost care of the product(s) whilst the products are in their possession. This includes all of the product(s) instructions, documents and wrappings while returning the product(s) in the same condition as received.
  • In circumstances where the customer feels that the product does not conform to the standards at the time of delivery, they shall promptly contact us via our mail support@snitch.co.in with details of the product and its damage within 2 days of receiving the products; whereon, the customer will receive instructions from us.
  • Once an order/item is exchanged, you will not be eligible to place another return / exchange request for the same order.
  • Upon return of the product, we will fully examine it and notify the customer of their right to a refund (if any) via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We aim to process the refund as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 working days of the day we confirmed to the customer via e-mail that they are entitled to a refund.





NOTE: RETURNS WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE FOR BOXERS, SOCKS AND FACE MASKS KEEPING HYGIENE INTO CONSIDERATION.
